The topic of ’380′ and development reimbursements has been extremely hot lately.  The City of Houston has posted the tentative 380 agreement on the their website here.

We at RUDH have some concerns with the agreement as it is currently written and feel the community is not getting enough for their ~$6million reimbursement.
